Terms and Conditions

Online bookings pay a security bond of £100 via bank transfer or PayPal to us 7 days before arrival.  After payment is received the guests pre-arrival information will be sent out via email. After checkout our cleaning staff will check the accommodation and if all is well then the bond will be returned no later than 7 working days. 

All Online bookings via Booking.com adhere to a 42 days cancellation policy. (Free Cancellations up to 42 days before Check-in, No Refund in final 42 days.  (if booked with less than 42 days to check in you will have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel online for free, After 24 hours you will automatically be charged the full amount for the reservation).

A £40 cleaning fee will be applied on top of all bookings.  Cleaning fees are automatically applied to all online bookings. 

Booking payments are handled by Booking.com and refundable bond payments can be made by paypal or bank transfer, instructions wil be sent along with your booking confirmation email from us.

Arrival:

Check in time is from 2pm onwards. (Before this time our cleaners will be preparing the caravan for your arrival).

• The caravan park has large car park for guests and staff.

• The caravans address will be provided  in a 'Pre-Arrival' email, usually 1 week before your Check-in day and the keys are located in a key safe on the caravans external wall next to the door. The code for the key safe is changed regularly therefore codes will be provided to you before your arrival via the 'Pre-arrival email and/or SMS. 

Departure:

• Please vacate the caravan by 10am and  return your keys to the key safe and scramble the dials to prevent unwanted access. (Our cleaners will arrive promptly to check the caravan and clean it for its next use).

• Please remove any perishable foods/goods from the fridge and cupboards and take them with you.

• Please double check all water taps, electrical devices and gas appliances are switched off before leaving.

• Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy state. 

• Please check that all doors and windows are locked before leaving.

• Please strip your bedding/linens and leave them in the large white sacks provided (under the kitchen sink).

• Please empty the kitchen bin before your departure (site recycling/waste facilities are located to the left side of the exit road out of the Holivans campsite.

• Finally don't forget to check for any personal belongings before you leave.
