House Rules

By booking with us you are agreeing to adhere to the following rules during your stay:

• Smoking/Vaping is Strictly forbidden inside the caravan.

• Strictly No Pets are permitted at any time.

• Please treat our property with respect and care  during your stay. 

• You will report any Damages and/or Soiling in a timely manner so that we can rectify them before the next guest arrives. Damage claims are processed via Booking.com after check-out. 

• Please be mindful to the other caravans and keep noise levels to a minimum after 11pm. (This is also a site policy).

• Please leave the caravan as you find it, i.e in a clean and tidy condition when you leave.

• No shoes to be worn in the bedrooms or living room area please.

• Keep your Key safe, replacement keys will be chargeable.

• Please do not flush sanitary products down the toilet. 

• No Events/Stag/Hen parties

• No food or drink to be consumed in the bedrooms (Any food waste/spillages found upon cleaning will be viewed as soiling and will be chargeable).
