Our Rooms

Our Living-room has a spacious open plan layout, with comfortable seating for 6 people. It's a cosy space in the evenings and feels bright and open during the day thanks to it's large windows. The Living-room has been refurbished with new carpets in June 2022 and the sofa is planned for re-upholstery in the coming weeks as well as new handmade curtains that are on their way. Underneath the seating area is a concealed fold away sofa bed which is very comfortable. There is a 40" HD TV which has Freeview. The TV is capable of playing Movies and other media content from an external media library of USB device. Should you want to bring your own movies with you on an external hard drive/library. The Living-room has a gas fire to keep the space warm on cooler evenings. There is a coat closet in the corner.

The Dining area has seating for 4 people, with an extra stool stored in the master bedroom to save space. The dining table sides can be folded down to save more space should you wish to. A full dining set and cutlery is provided for 6 people and is stored in the kitchen. Children's plastic plates, bowls and cups are also provided for you.

Our Master Bedroom has a very comfortable double bed which has mattress toppers for extra comfort. All beds are cleaned and fresh bedding provided. Beds will be ready made for you at Check-in. The room has overhead storage above the head of the bed and a large fitted wardrobe for your cloths and suitcases during your stay. There is also a small makeup stand and fixed mirror next to the wardrobe. The room is heated by an electric heater.

Our Twin Bedroom has two very comfortable single bed which have mattress toppers for extra comfort. All beds are cleaned and fresh bedding provided. Beds will be ready made for you at Check-in. The room has over head storage and a single fitted wardrobe for your cloths and suitcases during your stay. 

Our Kitchen is a perfect space to cater for your family during your stay. It features a Gas Oven, Grill and 4 ring Gas Hob. Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge and Sink. 

All the non-fixed appliance are brand new as of June 2022, as are all the Crockery, Utensils, Pots and Pans which are provided for you 

The bathroom has a walk-in boiler heated (non-electric) Shower, Sink with mirror and small storage cupboard and a Toilet. *Please note that Towels and toilet rolls are not provided during your stay.
